The person who inspires me the most be be fit is, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. Before he was a famous wrestler he was homeless , broke and he did not even have 10$ to his name. The thing that did he have was heart and ambition. The Rock was already physically fit in high school and even got a scholarship to play college football in the university of Miami. He probably wouldve went to the NFL If not suffering a knee injury. Everyone knows him for his wrestling and movies , but he has gotten more physically fit the past few years despite his age.
Anyone can clearly see that his workout is intense and difficult , but that's the only way to get results. The Rock when training for his role in Hercules was an 8000 calorie diet. He worked out 6 days out of the week.

To me being physically fit means to have a good diet , and have a good workout. Eating only enough to get full and working out. Cardiovascular health means to have a good heart and puts you at less of a threat of stroke , heart attack , and other heart problems. Heart disease is the biggest killer in the U.S. You should work out at least one hour a day with only 3 square meals a day, if you eat more then you have to workout more. To have good cardiovascular health you can run , swim, or dance. Anything that includes cardio is good for health. To live healthier you can eat healthier , substitute chips for vegetables , and a hamburger for a salad when eating.
For vacation this year even though it is going to be very tough , because in our household every thanksgiving and Christmas we eat tamales, Turkey, pozole , tortillas, ham , and every other thing you can think of. I am going to the gym already and joined the guys flag football time. The Rock is a mountain of a man , and one day I hope to look like him and if he can do it at that age , then I can do it at my age. Every movie who needs some kind of tank-like man or physically fit , the first person they think of is The Rock.
